How do I upload my photo for a personalized item?

Uploading your photo is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the product page of the item you would like to order.
  2. If there are any variation options to select (such as size or style), choose those first.
  3. Click the button that says “Upload Photo” (or similar wording).
  4. A window will open showing the photos on your phone or computer.
  5. Find and click the photo you would like to use, then click “Open” or “Choose.”
  6. Wait a few seconds for your photo to finish uploading.
  7. Adjust your photo by dragging it to the desired position, and use the + and − buttons to zoom in or out until it looks the way you want.
  8. If your item allows it, enter your dog’s name, date, or message. (20 character limit for engravings)
  9. Click “Add to Cart” and continue to checkout.

What kind of photo works best?

For the best results, use a clear and well-lit photo where your dog’s face is easy to see. Try to avoid blurry images, dark photos, or photos where the ears or head are cut off.

After you upload your photo, you will be able to preview it directly on the product. You can adjust the position and zoom in or out to make sure it looks exactly how you want.

If you are unable to zoom in any further, the photo may be too small. If you are unable to zoom out, the photo may be too large. In these cases, we recommend choosing a different photo for the best result.

You will also need to confirm your design before adding the item to your cart, so please take a moment to review your photo and make sure everything looks correct before continuing.

How long does it take to make a personalized item?

Each item is personalized and made just for you. Production typically takes 2–3 business days.

During this time, your keepsake is carefully created and goes through a quality check to make sure everything looks just right before it is shipped.

Once production is complete, your order will be sent out for delivery.

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 3–5 business days with standard shipping.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or other events affecting the shipping carrier.

Once your order is in transit, the shipping carrier will have the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery. For any delivery-related questions or delays, the carrier is usually the best point of contact.

We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for all locations.

How do I track my order?

Because all items are personalized and made specifically for you, orders begin processing quickly. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

After an item has entered production, personalized products cannot be refunded. For this reason, we strongly recommend reaching out right away if you need to make any updates.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because our items are personalized and made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

When reaching out, please include a brief explanation of the issue along with a photo of the item you received. This helps us understand what went wrong and resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to Order?

Once you’ve found an item you wish to order, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. Please ensure that you adhere to the instructions provided on the order page. Following the placement of your order, items will be manufactured and typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. The delivery period is expected to be 2-8 business days after the items are shipped. It’s worth noting that metal art production takes approximately 5-7 days, but the shipping duration remains the same.

What Payment Do You Accept?

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

What is your Return Policy?

Refund & Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
